The Essdee & Co. ATHENA Leadership Circle is a 10-week, facilitated cohort experience designed to help you practice those capabilities in the context of your real life and work. Rather than simply learning leadership concepts, you'll have space to reflect, apply what you're learning, and strengthen your leadership when expectations are high and the path forward isn't always clear.
Grounded in the ATHENA Leadership Model® and its Eight Principles of Enlightened Leadership, the Circle brings together guided learning, behavioral insights, meaningful reflection, and candid conversation. You'll learn alongside other leaders while receiving the structure and accountability to put new insights into practice between sessions.
