Her work has spanned operations, communications, marketing, and people development, always anchored in alignment, clarity, and accountability.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwood University and is a Certified Association Executive, Certified Executive Coach, Certified EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 Practitioner, and Certified ATHENA Leadership Facilitator. Her education and credentials reflect her belief that disciplined thinking and emotional intelligence go hand in hand.
