Shelley Davis Boyd is the President and CEO of Essdee & Co., a firm dedicated to elevating leaders through training, coaching, and keynote experiences that integrate strategy and soul.
With more than two decades of executive experience, including C-suite leadership, Shelley has guided organizations through growth, change, and cultural evolution. Her leadership spans operations, communications, marketing, and people development, always anchored in alignment, clarity, and accountability.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwood University and is a Certified Association Executive, Certified Executive Coach, Certified EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 Practitioner, and Certified ATHENA Leadership Facilitator. Her education and credentials reflect her commitment to integrating disciplined thinking with emotional intelligence.
